At Park Hotel Kaylaka, we do not tolerate mediocrity or boredom. We always have fun here, and we strive to make our guests feel truly distinctive. We love having fun with you and sharing moments that only happen here and now. Today, we’d like to tell you about an emotional occasion in which cuisine and music were brought together.

On August 28, the hotel hosted a musical and culinary event with distinguished guests Lucy Dyakovska and Chef Andre Tokev. Our summer garden came to life, and everyone’s faces lit up with excitement and pleasure.

We already announced that we have placed our restaurant’s menu and our guests’ gastronomic pleasure in the capable hands of Chef Tokev. Our frequent visitors, as well as those visiting us for the first time, frequently ask whether he will be present during their stay. His cookbook’s exquisite dishes will satisfy even the most discerning palate. Ms. Lucy Dyakovska came up with the whole idea for this lively evening. She gathered a team and launched the organization with the goal of providing Park Hotel Kaylaka guests with a one-of-a-kind experience.

Even at the end of August, the warm summer evenings become addictive. We decided to hold the event in our summer garden, which combines the comfort and romance of being under the stars. The atmosphere was impressive, and the cheerful vibe was palpable in the air. In moments like these, we know that all of our preparations and attention to detail paid off. We filled the garden to capacity, and the event drew even more attention than expected.

The event’s theme was “Disco,” so we tried to create an atmosphere that reflected that. It wasn’t difficult as Chef Tokev and Ms. Dyakovka are so charismatic that they make the guests feel relaxed and enjoy themselves. Chef Tokev had created a 7-course signature menu that exceeded all expectations. After each dish was served, he would approach the guests and tell them in detail about the story behind each specialty. The menu included signature recipes selected especially for the event.

Ms. Dyakovska possesses an unmistakable energy. She is always cheerful and knows how to create a unique atmosphere. When she took the microphone and sang some classic songs for our guests, they were truly fascinated. Everyone in the room was moved by her voice, and their faces lit up with joy.

When she wasn’t singing, Ms. Dyakovska was busy preparing her signature cocktails. They accompanied each dish prepared by Chef Tokev. Cocktails are Ms. Dyakovska’s true passion. She loves to experiment with different flavors to achieve a balanced and, above all, unique taste. That’s why the cocktails were a perfect match to each course on the menu.
