Restaurant Kaylaka hosts a variety of events throughout the year, ranging from family festivities for 20 people to corporate parties for 200.
The restaurant, with its garden in the midst of Kaylaka Park, is remarkable in its own right.
On 12.12.23. Kaylaka Winery reopened with a new modern look. Wine aficionados will find a unique collection of over 60 Bulgarian white and red wines, as well as over 40 Bulgarian brandies, housed among carvings, natural stone walls, and the enticing aroma of a burning hearth. Chef Andre Tokev has carefully picked the specialties on offer, which are directed at aficionados of succulent grilled meats, rich salads, and delectable appetizers.
In recent years, the bar culture in Bulgaria has been gaining momentum and one of the dreams of the team at Park Hotel Kaylaka was the restoration of the cult bar located in a cave behind the hotel – the Chertoga Bar.
The Chertoga Bar, which opened in 1969, quickly became the home of Pleven’s intellectuals, as well as a place where music and joy never ceased. In December 2022, the bar was opened after a many-year break with a completely new design and the best cocktail menu in the city of Pleven and beyond. From classic, creative cocktails to exclusive spirits and an atmosphere that is unrivaled not just in Bulgaria, but possibly in the globe.
The Lobby Bar of the Park Hotel Kaylaka is located in the spacious lobby, next to the hotel reception and offers the opportunity to relax, organize a business meeting or browse the latest news while enjoying a perfectly prepared drink.
