Of course, on April 20, the Easter holiday program will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Vazrazhdane Square. The festive day will be opened with a children’s program featuring the Fairy, the Easter Bunny, and the Easter Egg. Later, we will be able to enjoy a concert featuring the Folklore Dancing Ensemble “Duga” and Folklore Dancing Ensemble “Shopsko Nastroenie.” The day promises lots of excitement, good vibes, children’s laughter, and favorite Easter customs.
However, the days before this will not be boring either. Local residents and visitors of the city will have the opportunity to see Easter traditions and customs from the region. On April 16 and 17, we will be able to visit an Easter egg painting workshop. There will also be organized such an event for the little ones, which will cause lots of smiles. The Regional Historical Museum will open its doors to the exhibition “Traditional Lifestyle and Culture.” Visitors will learn all about how Easter is celebrated in our region.
At Easter, the center of Pleven takes on a particularly cozy and festive atmosphere. The square is crowded, with songs and lively voices ringing out.
