On August 28, the hotel hosted a musical and culinary event with distinguished guests Lucy Dyakovska and Chef Andre Tokev. Our summer garden came to life, and everyone’s faces lit up with excitement and pleasure.
We already announced that we have placed our restaurant’s menu and our guests’ gastronomic pleasure in the capable hands of Chef Tokev. Our frequent visitors, as well as those visiting us for the first time, frequently ask whether he will be present during their stay. His cookbook’s exquisite dishes will satisfy even the most discerning palate. Ms. Lucy Dyakovska came up with the whole idea for this lively evening. Even at the end of August, the warm summer evenings become addictive. We decided to hold the event in our summer garden, which combines the comfort and romance of being under the stars. The atmosphere was impressive, and the cheerful vibe was palpable in the air. In moments like these, we know that all of our preparations and attention to detail paid off. The event’s theme was “Disco,” so we tried to create an atmosphere that reflected that. It wasn’t difficult as Chef Tokev and Ms. Dyakovka are so charismatic that they make the guests feel relaxed and enjoy themselves. Chef Tokev had created a 7-course signature menu that exceeded all expectations. After each dish was served, he would approach the guests and tell them in detail about the story behind each specialty. The menu included signature recipes selected especially for the event.
