The ranking is a continuation of the prestigious TOP 100 ranking and reflects the opinion of those who matter most – the guests. The ranking takes into account the opinions of real visitors to over 1200 hotels across the country.
The award ceremony took place on January 22, 2026, at the John Atanasov Innovation Center (Sofia Tech Park). Ms. Dyakovska accepted the award on behalf of Park Hotel Kaylaka and invited the management team to join her on stage.
