March is a month of color, emotion, and beauty. It is the month when we finally welcome the first days of spring, enjoy sunny and mild days, and everything around us awakens. At this time of year, Park Kaylaka is a real fairy tale that is worth visiting. The blooming flowers, leafy trees, and fresh air invite locals and tourists alike to take a motivating walk in nature.
We at Park Hotel Kaylaka are truly lucky to be surrounded by all this unspoiled natural beauty. Everything around us seems to whisper, “Spring is here!” and we must welcome it appropriately. Today, we would like to tell you about the palette of emotions during the month of March at our hotel.
We welcomed Baba Marta with joy. On March 1, each of our guests received a traditional martenitsa with wishes for health, luck, and prosperity. An exciting day filled with smiles marked the beginning of a month full of surprises.
On March 3rd, we celebrated Bulgaria’s national holiday with an interesting event. We organized a visit to the Panorama “Pleven Epic” – the emblem of the city of Pleven – for all our guests. It was built in honor of the 100th anniversary of the city’s liberation.
The patriotic spirit of the holiday did not bypass our kitchen. Chef Andre Tokev managed to weave Bulgarian cuisine into a wonderful menu that impressed our guests. We welcomed them with a Balkan salad, Komitski steak with mushroom sauce, caramelized onions, blue plum port, and mashed potatoes. The dessert truly immersed us in the favorite flavors we grew up with. Guests enjoyed triguna with Bulgarian rose syrup, vanilla ice cream, and mint crumbs.
Undoubtedly, one of the most anticipated events in March was the celebration of International Women’s Day. Nearly 160 people chose to celebrate the holiday with us, and the evening was truly magical. We opened the party with a dynamic DJ program at the Kaylaka restaurant, which immediately created a festive mood. Not for a long people started dancing horo dance, and the rhythm of the music led the guests into a whirlwind of dancing that lasted until the wee hours of the night. We managed to charm the ladies with an elegant atmosphere, an exquisite menu, and, of course, nice wine.
On March 13, another exquisite event took place at the Kaylaka Winery. Together with our partners from Wine domain Angel’s Estate, we organized a wine tasting for the guests of Park Hotel Kaylaka. The tasting attracted a lot of interest. Nice wine lovers were able to taste a range of fine wines, including Sauvignon Blanc, Rose, Syrah, Merlot, and Ice Swan. As you know, we strive to make our events perfect, so we paired the wines with specially selected appetizers and specialties.
On March 22, a number of special events will take place at the hotel. Inspired by the freshness and lightness that spring brings, we will present our new spring menu.
Our priority is always to serve you irresistible and fresh food prepared with fresh products. And because we know that seasonal dishes are the most delicious, our culinary team, led by Chef Tokev, has developed special offers for you. The evening will continue at the Chertoga bar, where we have prepared a unique and unforgettable party for our guests. DJ SKILL will be behind the decks, ready to delight you with timeless retro hits from his vinyl collection. Songs produced by the legendary „Balkanton“ label will be played to bring us back to the good old days when music brought us together and made us feel like we were flying. Behind the bar will be none other than Lucy Dyakovska herself, who will charm our guests with her author`s cocktails. It will be an evening filled with a wonderful atmosphere, refreshing drinks, great music, and a bouquet of emotions.
Even the end of the month will not be boring with us. From March 27 to 30, we will host an interesting psychological training and yoga classes. At the end of the month, we will also host various team-building events, where together we will be able to unite and strengthen your team.
Spring is a very exciting and dynamic season for us, offering us a range of opportunities and many adventures.
